The TMD Academy is our online learning hub for learning and development. It supports and encourages our people to continue their professional development through digital content as well as through our many live learning workshops.

Compliance and regulatory training is also managed on our TMD Academy, allowing our employees to access every type of professional learning.

The Training Room

With all TMD Academy workshops in one place, the Training Room is where our employees can book learning sessions covering a range of subjects such as Sales, Presenting with Impact, Coaching High Performing Teams or Competency-based Interviewing.

 

People Management Programme

Our highly regarded 12 month programme designed for people managers from across Ceuta Group, the workshops focus on management styles, teamwork, collaboration, managing performance and HR best practice.

 

Ceuta Core 6 Competency Framework

We developed the Ceuta Core 6 by identifying the six most effective behavioural traits in our organisation and mapping these to every role. By doing so we have created a road map for each employee to deliver personal and professional success.
