Edwin has been the architect in shaping and building out the Ceuta Group – A global consumer outsourcing brand services organisation. His successful career commenced with Cadbury through to Wilkinson Sword & Pfizer Consumer. Solution, culture, values and client-driven by nature, he noticed that Trade channel management and Country ‘Brand Fostering’ was rapidly growing. This became the catalyst for expanding and forming the Ceuta Group in 2014 to offer services supporting the complete journey of a brand through a single integrated solution. Bessant has always been focused on the client needs of tomorrow’s market place. Edwin is a ‘Life Fellow of the Royal Society of Medicine’, ‘Fellow of the Princes Enterprise Trust’ & Fellow of the Institute of Directors.

Annette co-founded Ceuta Healthcare in 1994, is UK Managing Director and sits on the Holdings Board. Ceuta UK works in partnership with some of the most dynamic manufacturers and insight led brands in their categories. Annette graduated with a BA Honours in French and Economics, went into a graduate scheme at Philip Morris, followed by a move to Pfizer Consumer where the Trade Marketing function was quoted as leading in the industry.

As Group Finance Director, Robert has overall control of all the financial strategy, reporting, compliance, procedures and activities within the Group. Robert has worked in various senior financial group positions in the past 25 years for a number of overseas multinationals, and private equity backed groups. Robert worked within the NHS, Lattice Semiconductor (a NASDAQ listed technology corporation); Easylink Services (a NASDAQ listed telecommunication corporation); NTT Europe Limited; and Global Switch Holdings (a UK private equity backed business).

Peter joined Ceuta in 2005, and has significant experience in identifying acquisition targets and their integration. Peter is a result driven, multiple board director with over 30 years of international sales, marketing, distributor and general management experience gained working for blue chip organisations such as Wyeth Laboratories, Roche Consumer Health, Alliance Boots and Ceuta Group.

Liam joined Brandshapers in 2015 having spent 10 years with the largest Irish owned pharmacy chain in various head office roles across operations, buying and online retail. He became Managing Director in 2019. He’s proud to lead a team that is committed and highly dynamic with a superb approach to client service along with detailed channel expertise.

Andrew started his career with Sainsbury’s, followed by Safeway and finally with New Zealand Dairy Board before Co-Founding Bridgethorne with John Nevens in 1998. He is passionate about helping retailers and suppliers work better together, by ensuring they have an up to date working knowledge of suppliers, and a real understanding of the way retailers are thinking, their strategies and operational dynamics.

John started his career with Pepsico, followed by New Zealand Dairy Board before Co-Founding Bridgethorne with Andrew Cole in 1998. Bridgethorne offers a range of services to suppliers and retailers worldwide, including leading brand names, delivering these services through training, consultancy and outsourcing. Along with Andrew Cole, John has developed a team with industry leading expertise and a positive culture, ensuring a team of committed, long-standing employees and associates.

After graduating with a modern languages degree and living and working abroad for a couple of years, David began his career in publishing and then worked in various international agency client services and planning roles before setting up Creative Leap in 1996. Passionate about brand and business strategy David had worked with a broad range of product and service businesses before deciding to focus his talent and energies on Consumer Health & Wellness markets.

Lawrence is a media and communications expert with substantial data science consultancy, shopper and consumer marketing, CRM and media agency leadership experience. Before launching CollidaScope, Lawrence was Global Head of Media at the German data science consultancy, Emnos, with clients such as Carrefour, Walgreens and Lenta. Prior to this he was Dunnhumby’s as Head of Media Solutions and Development. Lawrence has also worked with major manufacturers such as Danone, Johnson & Johnson, Nestle, Pepsico, RB and Unilever.

Keith has almost 30 years’ experience in the Consumer Healthcare Industry and has been with the Ceuta Group for the past 15 years, previously spending 15 years with Wyeth / Pfizer Consumer Healthcare. Keith has the remit of continued growth and development of the Ceuta International Alliance, along with both client/partner management and new business development. He has wide commercial experience in all trading channels, having previously led the Ceuta UK National Accounts, Pharmacy, Drug and Grocery Team.

John Watmough

John joined Ceuta in 2004 in a commercial leadership role within the National Accounts Division prior to his appointment to the Board in 2013. He’s currently responsible for the strategic direction and development of both the Group’s Health & Beauty and Grocery business units. John is an advisory member of the Holdings Group board and an active member of the UK Health and Beauty Association.

Gavin has had a successful career building brands and teams for some of the UK’s biggest brands including Lucozade, Weetabix and Mars/Wrigley. He has helped create and manage some of the largest food and drink sales teams in the UK and has worked for both client and agency giving him a unique perspective on what it takes to deliver food and drink brand success in today’s challenging markets.

Chris joined Ceuta Healthcare in 1997, continuing a Health & Beauty industry career built at GSK and Bayer. He is a main board director and responsible for running the outsourced Pharmacy Sales Teams and the respective client management to include: independent pharmacy sector expertise, go-to-market strategies and processes; and working very closely with clients & customers to ensure expectations are met and exceeded.

With experience within print and print management agencies, Peter was instrumental in the creation of Impackt where he identified the need for an agile, cost effective agency that could bridge the creative gap between strategic design and print management. Peter’s proven communicational skills, highly flexible approach and inclusive management style have allowed his team to grow & develop, whilst helping Impackt’s clients to flourish within their chosen sectors.

Clem has previously worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland, Direct Line and Vodafone.
