Frankfurt’s iconic Alter Oper (Old Opera) has been hosting magical music moments since the 1880s, with history’s most important international conductors, soloists, ensembles and orchestras making a regular appearance. Having been destroyed in the Second World War, Alter Oper was saved by the efforts of the local people and Action Group, who raised enough support to reconstruct the building in 1981. It now boasts magnificent architecture and spectacular views of Frankfurt’s CBD. This is a grand and noteworthy venue to network, dine, and unwind after the second day of the conference.

  • Hilton Frankfurt City Centre is approximately a 20-minute drive from Frankfurt Airport.
  • Reliable taxis are available outside the airport.

By Tram:

  • The nearest tram station is Frankfurt Hauptwache, a short walk from the hotel, which has access to a variety of tram lines.

By Overground Train:

  • Frankfurt Hauptwache station is within walking distance from the hotel and is a major transportation hub in Frankfurt, with easy access to various parts of the city and surrounding areas via the S-Bahn (suburban railway) and other regional train services.

By Car:

This will depend on where you are from and which kind of passport you have. Please follow the guidance on the Federal Foreign Office website or contact us for advice.

Our Cancellation Policy

  • You must give us a minimum of 2 months’ notice in writing to cancel or transfer your booking.
  • You may transfer your booking to a colleague for no extra charge.
  • Request a refund – If you choose to cancel your booking altogether and obtain a full refund, you must request this in writing before the Friday 30th August 2024.
  • For cancellations received by Friday 27th September 2024, there will be a 50% refund.
  • There will be no refund for cancellations received after Friday 27th September 2024 or cancellations where no written notice of cancellation is received.

Dress Code

  • Welcome dinner & drinks: smart casual.
  • Conference sessions: business attire.
  • Delegate dinner: smart casual (smart jeans acceptable, jackets optional, ties not required).

Our dinner venue will be the neighbouring Alte Oper, Frankfurt’s magnificent Old Opera House, overlooking the CBD, where Mozart, Wagner, and Leoncavallo are just a few of the iconic stars to have performed.

Am I able to arrive late/leave early?
Yes you can certainly arrive late/leave early, but please make us aware, especially if accommodation is not needed.

Likewise, if you would like to request an early check-in, we can ask on your behalf, but there is no guarantee this will be possible.

Accommodation & Accessibility

Is there a transfer to/from Frankfurt airports?
Hotel transfer service is not available, but you will find reliable taxis available outside the airport, which will take you to/from the hotel in approximately 20 minutes.

Is accommodation included?
Yes, 2 nights’ accommodation at the 4-Star Hilton Frankfurt in the vibrant city centre is included in the conference ticket.

Can I request an accessible hotel room?
You can certainly request an accessible hotel room. Please state this on your reservation form or contact us in advance with your requirements and we will help to arrange this for you.

Where can I park?
There is paid parking nearby at Parkhaus Schiller-Passage and Q-Park Opernplatz.

Is there a cloakroom and luggage area at the venue?
Yes, there is a secure cloakroom and luggage area or you may choose to store your luggage in your hotel room.

Can I book additional nights on either side of the conference?
Certainly. If you wish to book additional nights at the hotel, please contact us in advance with your request and we can arrange this for you. Please note, there will be an added fee. Only 2 nights’ accommodation is included in the conference package.

Can I bring a partner?
You can certainly bring someone with you upon request, but an additional cost for accommodation will apply and no meals or refreshments will be included unless agreed beforehand. Please email us in advance to discuss arrangements.

Is there a deadline to book?
There is no deadline, but places are limited, so we advise booking as soon as possible.

Can I attend remotely?
No, the event is live and only guests attending in person can experience the event.

Will the presentation slides be circulated?
Yes, the event presentations will be emailed to all attendees at the end of each conference day.

Will I get a list of all the event attendees?
Yes, you will be given a complete list of the attendees and the businesses they are from during the event.

Are meals and refreshments included?
Yes, all meals throughout the 3-day event are included in your conference package, along with various refreshments. Please state any dietary requirements on the registration form.

I have specific dietary or access requirements.
If you did not state these on the registration form when booking, please email us at info@ceuta-international.com before Friday 27th September 2024 so we can ensure this will be catered for.
