Our close relationships and customer service support of all the National and Independent Pharmacy wholesalers offers comprehensive access to the channel as well as supporting the field sales teams with an efficient supply chain to the pharmacy retail channel.

Our dedicated e-commerce team will work jointly with you to make your brand e-retail ready and sell your products effectively online using strategies that will make you stand out from the competition. We enjoy a very close working relationship with Amazon, with whom we have a full Amazon Vendor partnership. Daily utilisation of Amazon Marketing services as well as their demand side platform has delivered outstanding results.

In addition to Amazon, we have a track record of delivering significant and profitable brand growth through other e-commerce platforms such as Ocado, Ebay, Groupon and other online retailers, either stand alone or are an integral part of a bricks-and-mortar retailers.

Our teams have extensive category and commercial expertise delivering successful listings, distribution and brand growth through our network buyer and senior team connections within major grocers Tesco, Sainsburys, Asda, Morrisons, Waitrose & Booths in the UK as well as Dunnes Stores and SuperValu in Ireland.

Through our network of Health & Personal Care and Food & Drink distribution partners, we also have access to multiple grocers around the globe for brands looking to extend their reach internationally.

Health & Food Stores

Holland & Barrett remains the largest account in the channel with whom we have a close working relationship, offering a wide portfolio of VMS and healthy food brands.

Distribution into the independent healthfood channel is achieved through a combination of push and pull activities. We call on all UK healthfood wholesalers, arranging coordinated promotional activity both via PLOFs and digital activity. This is supplemented by a team of account managers calling directly on end users such as Wholefoods, As Nature Intended, Revital and Planet Organic. We drive sales via both head office and individual store coverage.


We have a large sales team dedicated to driving the distribution of our clients’ brands into the UK’s convenience channel. In addition to key disciplined retailers such as Co-Op and One Stop, we operate an effective push / pull strategy to drive cost effective solutions into symbol and non-affiliated independents.

We enjoy long standing and close relationships with cash & carry and delivered wholesalers (both national and regional), with a key focus on digital development. Sales through these wholesalers are accelerated via callage on key end user groups. These include national operations such as Costcutter, McColl’s, Moto, Simply Fresh and Centre Parcs, as well as numerous regional players such as Central convenience and Jempsons.

Value Retail

Value Retail is one of the fastest growing channels. Whilst it offers many opportunities for brands, it is also a highly competitive environment. We have a team dedicated to this channel to help both brands and retailers capitalise on the growth opportunities available to both.

We enable a profitable migration of consumers into this channel. In the UK, we cover all value retail sub-channels, including: Hard discounters (Lidl / Aldi), National Bargain Stores (Home Bargains / B&M / Poundland), Non-food specialist (Savers / Wilkos / The Range) and Regional Value Retail (QD Stores / Semichem / Sam99p).

Food Service

With the growth of “food to go”, our teams cover major foodservice wholesalers Brakes and 3663, regional operators such as Creed and buying groups Caterforce and Fairway alongside key national and regional foodservice providers and specialist pub groups.

We actively engage in ‘end user’ development in all HORECA and travel and leisure channels to ensure brand penetration is maximised.
